| Notes | Salvage title vehicle, car has been repaired due to a major rear end collision. Overall appearance is good, but with close inspection, can see where panels have been repainted and repaired. Paint imperfections like "fish eyes" can be seen in the hood, front and rear bumpers, left and right quarter panels. Paint meter could not pick up reading on parts of right rear 1/4 panel, indicating large amounts of body filler. Rear 1/4 panel show area where frame has been repaired. Rear bumper is slightly out of alignment, gaps from left to right side are not even. Left and right exhaust pipes have been cut and a new pipe has been welded in. Left front cv boot is missing clamp, leaking grease. Control arms have scratches on them, but do not appear bent. Some interior trunk trim panels are loose, fitment is off. Lower trim piece under storage panel is broken. Trunk lights would not illuminate. All other trim looks good at time of inspection, free of damage or wear. No floor mats in car at time of inspection, only one key, and no owners manual.
Road test found engine and transmission working as designed. ABS and performance setting working correctly. Steering tracked straight, and was free of vibration. Noted rattle at rear of vehicle, could be caused by improper fitment of trunk trim panels.
A/C did not function at first, no mater what setting was used. Would not blow any air. During test drive, started to function. Also found rear view camera image would get distorted intermittently. |
