Exterior mechanical condition showed normal wear. Front and rear suspension has older but replaced shocks. During test drive and noted that steering wheel free-play. At speeds above 60 miles an hour steering wheel begins to shake. Slight oil seep at transmission cooler line. Slight oil seep at back of transmission and rear differential. Transmission oil level okay. Engine oil dirty, level okay. Air filter is dirty. Front brake rotors are glazed. Paperwork showed rear brakes recently replaced. Tires front and rear are dry rotting, in need of replacement. Windshield wiper washer lines are broken. Difficult to open hood, issue with release cable. Engine battery tie down hardware is missing. SMOG emissions test was completed over 3 months ago, will need to be performed again to complete sale. 

 

Normal wear and tear consistent with age and mileage of camper van. Fiberglass pop top has some slight cracking in areas but no signs of water intrusion. Exterior hardware on pop top frame is badly rusted. Pop top sides and rubber seals are in fair condition,no tearing or damaged seals noted. Interior trim shows wear on vinyl covering in some areas. Kitchenette top is cracked and damaged. Sink only has cold running water, although faucet has hot and cold knobs. Newer water tank and water pump, water lines have been recently replaced. No direct fill for water tank, only runs through "city water" hook up. Did not see any tie down for water tank or batteries to hold then in place. House batteries look new, did not see modern charge system to correctly charge AGM batteries. Interior coach lighting working, but light on right front is missing, wires are hanging down. New laminate flooring. Refrigerator turns on , but rubber seals are damaged trim around refrigerators damaged, does not seal correctly. Interior front lights do not work properly only turn on when front door is open.
