BWW 330i sedan used car inspection found exterior and interior in fair condition. Several interior and exterior cosmetic defects. Front driver door does not roll up or down and window tint is damaged. Rear left window is stuck open and will not close. A-pillar fabric has been removed and sunroof does not open. Front bumper has a substandard paint job, as it is currently peeling and there is paint overspray on trim radiator fan. Rear of car has been repaired. Trunk and right rear quarter panel show signs of body filler, but no structural damage can be seen. Front bumper and hood have heavy rock chip damage. Aftermarket BMW badges and "330i" logo have been glued in place and are falling off. Unable to open fuel door, regardless if locked or unlocked. 

Road test found transmission shifting hard into gear during light acceleration. When shifting into reverse, there was a long delay before gear engagement and car would shake when engagement occurred. Engine has active oil leak at front of car. Power steering fluid leak at left side of steering rack. Steering wheel was off-center and vehicle had a pull to the right during test drive.
