| Notes | 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 inspection found overall condition of vehicle shows normal wear in respect to age and mileage of car, but does have mechanical and cosmetic issues. OBD2 readiness codes are not set for O2 sensor and catalytic converter , but there are currently no faults in the diagnostics system.
Exterior paint is peeling . Dents on lower right side of truck, and paint is broken and starting to rust.
Driver seat fabric is cracking, interior is dirty. Carpet is in fair condition. Headliner is dirty and shows wear. Aftermarket radio installed.
All 4 tires are mismatched brands, and are at 4/32nds or less, in need of replacement. Spare tire and tool kit are missing.
Suspension components have normal wear, and look original to vehicle. Ball joints boots on left and right side are cracked, leaking grease. Found fluid leaks in engine bay, at back engine engine and at power steering rack. Leaks are long term, and there is oil blow back covering the subframe and transmission. Brake fluid reservoir cap is not the correct type, brake fluid is dirty. Engine coolant is dirty.
Road test found engine acceleration and transmission operation was good. Vehicle did not track straight and drifts, and there is free play in the steering. Windshield wipers are falling apart and streaking.
Only 1 key supplied with vehicle.
