Inspection of 2012 Jeep Wrangler found vehicle to be in average condition cosmetically. Normal maintenance appears to have been completed.  Aftermarket lift kit, front and rear oversized tires installed. Left and right rear axle seals leaking. Lower right track arm joint is leaking grease. Driver side electric side step is not raising and lowering properly. 

Interior shows normal wear and tear.  HVAC system blend door actuator clicks when vehicle is turned on. Rear hatch lift struts are weak, does not stay up. Nets on all doors are sagging. 

Engine area found no signs of modifications or abuse. All accessible fluids checked fair and at proper levels. No active engine or transmission leaks seen. Alternator appears recently replaced. 

Road test found the engine and transmission operates well with smooth acceleration and gear changes.  4x4 operation was normal.  Suspension had excessive free play and was difficult to keep centered on road, suspect issue with steering box . Tires appear in new condition, at 10/32nds. Brake pads and rotors appear in good condition, at 5-6mm. 

1  key, spare tire and tool kit with vehicle.
